Your Main Responsibilities
Assist in food preparation (wash, peel, cut, and portion ingredients).
Prepare dishes according to the recipes and quality standards set by the head chef.
Check and store ingredients properly to maintain freshness.
Ensure work areas, utensils, and equipment are clean and sanitized.
Adhere to and implement sanitation and safety regulations.

Requirements and skills
Culinary arts degree or certificate from a vocational school.
Knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices.
Teamwork-oriented with leadership abilities.
