Design & Construction Coordinator

Responsibilities

     PHC Franchised Restaurants Public Ltd., is currently looking for a passionate candidate to join the internal Design and Construction team at the position of Design and Construction Coordinator.  

Duties and Responsibilities:
-  Provide design proposals for restaurant layouts, detailed furniture fixtures drawings, finishes/materials sampling
- Prepare and present drawings for review including architectural 2D drawings, 3D model with finishes
- Develop final drawings for obtaining licenses according to building codes, zoning laws, fire regulation and other ordinances
- Construction site supervision
- Cost budget estimation and analysis until the completion of the project

Successful Candidate’s Profile:
-  Bachelor degree in Architecture or Interior DesignAt least 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar position
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, Microsoft Office SuiteGood knowledge of 3D modelling and Rendering
- Good knowledge of laws and regulations, as well as the procedure to apply and obtain planning and building permits
- Energetic and positive team player with strong organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
