Responsibilities
• Achieve positive outcomes from patient queries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure an efficient reception experience for patients, including booking appointments and complete audit procedures as required.
• Keep the Doctors and nurses informed of any relevant messages and departmental changes
• Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times.
• Complete all necessary training
• Display knowledge of the GESY computer system of referrals and give appointments accordingly
• Maintain appointment diary in English
• Follow correct procedures for accepting credit cards, and cash and maintain records
• Must be fluent in English and Greek
• Act in accordance with policies and procedures when using front-of-house equipment and property management systems.
• Type Drs letters in both English and Greek when required
• Be able to file alphabetically in English
Requirements and skills
• Previous experience in a customer-focused industry.
• Completed high school certificate or equivalent.
• Positive attitude with good communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
• Excellent grooming standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Competent IT proficiency.
• Good knowledge of English and Greek. Knowledge of additional languages is considered an advantage.
