Job Brief:
Eros Cyprus Main Host & Estate’s Butler will be responsible in welcoming the guests and taking care of all of their needs, serve breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as organize experiences agreed prior with our exclusive guests. Together with the rest of the team, mainly the Estate’s Chef, the Operations Manager, will create an outstanding one in a lifetime experience for the guests.
The Eros Cyprus Host will absorb and adopt the values of Hellas Group of Companies and more specifically of the Eros Brand. From Breakfast, Lunch to Dinner he will be the main person to run the full operations of Eros Cyprus, ensuring all our guests receive a warm, friendly welcome upon arrival and a memorable experience and time with us.
You will be a key person of reference for employees and clients as well as external vendors and will be representing ‘face’ of the Eros Brand.
Responsibilities:
• Welcoming Guests
• Communicate with guests when appropriate (address their needs, find solutions to challenges, offer information and finally and most importantly ensure the EROS experience and brand is well shared during their stay at our premises)
• Get to know and understand our guests from inside out
• Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
• Work closely on our guests dietary needs and improve customised menus as well create any servicing improvements with the Estate’s Chef
• Establish targets, KPI’s and learn Estates’ Standard Operational Procedures by heart
• Join and sometimes lead Pre-Briefings and Post- Briefings in regards to arriving customers or small events
• Prepare planning for the Eros Cyprus Experience (in communication with the rest of the team)
• Join Brainstorm Sessions
• Report to Operations Manager
• Inspect facilities and act when required upon the best for our Estate
• Go out of your way to satisfy guests or help the rest of the team
Requirements:
• Any Degree
OR
• 5+years proven experience in the field (if no degree)
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Any diploma or course in food service management, wine knowledge is a plus
• Understanding and demonstrable of best practices and relevant laws and guidelines
• Relevant Experience in Hospitality 2+ Years
• Excellent customer service skills
• Self Growth Motivation & willing to learn
• Demonstrable aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
• Reliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
