F&B Controller

Responsibilities

A.N. Stasis Estates PLC is looking to hire a F&B Controller who will be responsible for calculating costs
of food and beverage items and to record information and produce control reports.

Duties and Responsibilities:

•    Entry of physical stocks and issue stock control reports
•    Plan monthly stock takes in coordination with the Management Department
•    Deals with tenders of main suppliers of the hotel and evaluates any other offers that must be purchased for the hotel
•    Keeps the stores in high turnover
•    Assists in executing best practices for reduction of costs
•    Report any discrepancies to the Accounts Supervisor

Requirements:

•    Minimum 2 years work experience in a similar position
•    High school or University Diploma
•    Basic MS Office skills
•    Excellent knowledge in English and Greek language
•    Good communication and organisational skills
