Responsibilities
Job Specifications:
* Work Experience: At least 2-3 years in similar position
* Academic Qualifications: Diploma in Hotel Management or any other similar subject
* Computer Knowledge: Microsoft Excel and Word
* Languages: At least English and mother language.
Duties and responsibilities:
* Direct the food & beverage service operation of the hotel’s relevant depts.
* Supervise and schedule food and beverage preparation and service, employees, plan menus, estimate costs and deal with food suppliers
* Monitor sales and charges of the F&B depts.
* Spot and access any problems, mistakes, deficiencies in all F&B depts.
