Housekeeping Floor Supervisor

SCOPE AND GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: Assists the Housekeepers and the Executive Housekeeper in ensuring that all public and accommodation areas are cleaned and maintained to the Hotel Standard.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1 Assists in the supervision of the final checking of the arrivals, departures and staying rooms.
2 Ensures that any special instructions for Guests’ rooms have been carried out.
3 Reports any urgent maintenance to Housekeepers A or to the Executive Housekeeper.
4 Assists in ensuring that all public areas are clean and tidy.
5 Communicates with the Front Office regarding arrivals, late checkouts, etc.
6 Establishes a good working relationship with all the other departments within the Hotel.
7 Reports any discrepancies or complaints to the Executive Housekeeper.
8 Supervises the floors.

Requirements and skills

Required Qualifications:
2 years of experience
Very good knowledge of Greek and English language
Communication skills
Pleasant personality
Team Spirit
