We’re looking for an experienced and motivated F&B Manager to join our hotel team in beautiful Paphos.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all F&B outlets, including restaurant, bar, and room service.
Lead and train F&B staff to deliver top-quality service and hospitality.
Plan menus in coordination with the Chef and ensure food quality and presentation standards.
Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize efficiency.
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health & safety, and licensing regulations.
Organize events, theme nights, or promotions to enhance the guest experience.
Requirements and skills
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience as an F&B Manager or Supervisor in a hotel or resort environment (min. 2-3 years).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and guest service orientation.
Fluent in English; Greek and/or other languages are an advantage.
Knowledge of POS and inventory software systems.
Creative, hands-on, and quality-focused.
