SCOPE AND GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: To serve Guests impeccably upon their
arrival and departure and throughout their stay.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1 Carries Guests’ luggage to and from their room via a predetermined route upon their arrival and departure.
2 Delivers written messages to Guests rooms
3Hands in the order forms and delivers to other departments or Guests rooms whatever he is given by Reception.
4 Calls a taxi when either Guests or Reception asks him to.
5 Stores Guests’ luggage in the luggage room according the department’s procedures and makes sure that the luggage room is always clean and tidy.
6 Places informative letters in rooms when Reception asks him to.

Requirements and skills

Required Qualifications:
2 years of experience
Very good knowledge of Greek and English language
Communication skills
Pleasant personality
Team Spirit
