Head Bartender

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Head Bartender, who will be responsible for  making drinks, possessing a large knowledge of drink recipes, maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the bar area, handling employee issues, handling customer complaints and disturbances, scheduling employees, supervising other bartenders, ordering supplies and alcohol and overseeing the workings of the bar area.

     Duties and Responsibilities:

•    Provide excellent customer service.
•    Knowledge of all the beverages and snacks on the hotel’s bar menu.
•    Take orders and serve them according to the standards of the hotel.
•    Check the products for quality before serving them and making sure the order is correct.
•    Provide the customers with their bills, collect payments, or have the receipts signed as per each case.
•    Cooperate with all serving staff.
•    Follow all relevant health and safety regulations as well as all customer service guidelines.
•    Make recommendations or share additional information to customers upon request.
•    Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor.

     Requirements:

•    Welcoming personality.
•    Minimum 6 months related working experience.
•    Ability to work as a team player.
•    Very good knowledge of English and/or the Greek language.
