Responsibilities
Golden Coast Hotel is currently seeking to recruit Head Waiters/Waitresses
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the supervision of waiters/waitresses in your outlet
Assist in the day-to-day operation of the outlet.
Have a good knowledge of all food and beverage items offered,
including ingredients and methods of preparation.
Ensure that standards of service are always met as determined by the
F&B Standard Operating Procedures.
Good knowledge and use of the Hotel’s POS system
Maintain excellent communication with all staff and other departments
to ensure a supporting team of professionals.
Deliver excellent, friendly, and professional guest service at all times.
Handle guest complaints or concerns to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualification and Experience:
Working experience of at least 2 years in a similar position.
Very good knowledge of English language.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work in a team.
Positive, engaging personality, professional appearance.
