Responsibilities

• Perform a range of painting and redecoration tasks to achieve a durable and high-quality finish.
• Report any Health & Safety hazards immediately to the Manager.
• Complete all necessary administrative work related to regular inspections of the development.
• Carry out decoration and maintenance work as required.
• Assist external contractors when necessary.

Requirements and skills

• Relevant Experience
• EU nationality or a legal basis for employment within the EU.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
