Hotel maid

We are looking for experienced hotel maids for a group of boutique hotels on Santorini Island, Greece, for the season 2022 (from late March to the start of November)

Prerequisite skills and qualifications
• At least 1 year of professional experience as a maid in a hotel environment
• Good physical condition and stamina
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and demanding work environment
• Good knowledge of the Greek or English language (oral language)
• Speed ​​in completing required tasks and attention to detail
• Professionalism and responsibility
• Excellent communication skills, courtesy, and smiling presence
• Team work spirit to ensure perfect cooperation between all hotel departments
• Residence permit (in case of foreign origin)

What will your responsibilities be?

• Provision of cleaning services (e.g. sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, changing bed linen and making beds, etc.)
• Strict adherence to cleanliness standards for interior and exterior areas of the villas and common areas
• Report any maintenance problems to the housekeeping manager
• Ensuring a clean uniform, and neat appearance
• Excellent cooperation with the other departments of the hotel
• Proper management of the equipment and reporting of deficiencies or problems in its functions
• Perform additional job duties as requested by supervisors
• Maintaining a professional and pleasant attitude in dealings with clients when they arise
• Excellent knowledge and training of the company's health and safety policies
