Responsibilities:
• Clean and tidy areas to the hotel’s standard within time limits. In this respect, the duties in guest rooms and public areas include dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restrooms etc.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Report on any shortages, damages, or security issues.
• Handle guests’ complaints/requests.
• Comply with health and safety regulations and act in line with company policies and licensing laws.
Requirements:
• Related working experience will be considered an advantage.
• Willing to learn.
• Hardworking and well-organized.
