Responsibilities

• Perform building repair work as necessary.
• Management and maintenance of network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPN, WiFi, Firewall)
• Troubleshooting technical issues on computers, peripherals, and other hardware
• User support for corporate applications (ERP, CRM, Office, etc.)
• Ensuring the proper and secure operation of systems
• Collaboration with external partners (e.g., software vendors, technical support)
• Keeping records of maintenance and support activities

Requirements and skills

• Bachelor of Science, Diploma, or college degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of experience and training preferred.
• At least 2 years of working experience in a related role.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented environment.
• Positive attitude and strategic thinking.
• Good communication skills.
