Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Juice Bar Mixologist. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of fresh juices, smoothies, and other beverages to our customers. You will also engage with customers, provide excellent service, and maintain a clean and organized juice bar environment.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of fresh juices, smoothies, and other beverages according to our recipes and customer preferences and our menu recipies.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, offering product recommendations and answering any inquiries they may have.
- Ensure the juice bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
-Operate juice bar equipment such as blenders, juicers, and cash registers efficiently and safely.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Assist in restocking ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Handle customer payments, operate the cash register, and provide accurate change.
- Collaborate with team members to create new and innovative juice
and smoothie recipes.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a juice bar or a food and beverage establishment, is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
- Knowledge of different fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients used in juices and smoothies.
- Ability to follow recipes and guidelines accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Legally able to work in Cyprus
