Responsibilities
The ideal candidate is required to adapt the concept, to maximize and exceed guest’s satisfaction by providing highly personalized, efficient and responsive service with attention to details, by anticipating guest’s needs and according to hotel's quality standards
• Check-in check out procedure, room charges. Check the room account.
• Cross selling – upselling
• Client orientation approach
• Quick response to the complaints, maintenance issues, pass the information properly to the appropriate departments. Taking and giving feedback to the clients
Requirements and skills
• Degree in Hospitality Management / Tourism Management would be a plus
• Excellent command of Greek and English language, German is highly desired, knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet applications and the use of social networks.
• Knowledge of PMS will be much appreciated.
• Similar working experience in hospitality industry, especially in 4-star hotels
• Ability to give clear, concise instructions
• Proactive work style
• Ability to work well under pressure and keep calm in difficult situations
• Effective management, leadership, organizational & cooperation skills
• Strong presentation, negotiation & reporting skills
• Prioritization skills necessary to meet deadlines & achieve quality and financial goals
