Responsibilities

Supervise pools, slides, and water attractions to ensure guest safety.
Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, providing first aid or CPR if needed.
Enforce waterpark rules and safety regulations to prevent accidents.
Assist and guide guests to ensure a fun and safe experience.
Conduct routine safety checks and report any hazards or maintenance issues.
Work as part of a team to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment.

Requirements and skills

Lifeguard certification (valid and recognized) is required.
CPR and First Aid certification is highly preferred.
Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.
Ability to stay alert and react quickly in emergency situations.
Friendly, responsible, and guest-oriented attitude.
Knowledge of English is required; knowledge of other languages (e.g., Greek, Russian) is an advantage.
Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts during the park’s operating season.

Conditions

2 paid annual holidays per every month worked
Sick Pay: All applications to be made through Social Insurance but the first 3 days are paid for in full by Waterworld
Free lunch during open period
Over time is paid 1:1
All bank holidays worked are paid 1:1.25
13th salary is paid on second year of employment
Uniform is provided
