Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
1. Office Management: Ensure the smooth running of daily operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
2. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of property listings, transactions, client details, and agency documentation.
3. Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule property viewings, meetings, and appointments for agents.
4. Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
5.Agent Assistance: Provide administrative support to agents, such as preparing contracts, agreements, and reports.
6.Follow-Ups: Manage client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
