Pastry Chef - Kos Island

Scope
We are seeking a talented and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for the production line and the smooth operation of the patisserie, based on the appropriate menus in collaboration with the  Group's Ex.Chef Group. The role requires a strong understanding of various pastry techniques and costs and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities
•    Participates in the creation of menus that are identified with the customer profile and company standards in collaboration with Group Ex.Chef,
•    Responsible for the smooth operation of the patisserie, the timely production and presentation of desserts based on menus and brand standards.
•    Monitors the production process in terms of quality, use of materials and quantity
•    Tracks inventory of supplies and handles orders.
•    Supervision of the machinery and equipment of the patisserie and the timely handling of any maintenance or restoration issue.
•    Trains and guides the patisserie team based on the company's standards
•    Maintain records of budget and costs and prepare relevant reports
•    Collaborates with the Chefs so that there is a smooth workflow and timely handling of issues related to operation and production.
•    Supervises compliance with ISO standards and procedures and ensures the proper implementation of hygiene and safety rules in the patisserie

Necessary Qualifications
•    Proven work experience, as a Pastry Chef in a similar role.
•    Strong knowledge of various confectionery techniques and costs
•    Organized, Team spirit.
•    Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
•    Ability to effectively manage times, multiple projects, prioritize and maintain schedules
•    Ability to work in fast-paced and high-pressure environments
•    Result orientation aiming at customer satisfaction
•    Knowledge and experience in the implementation of food hygiene and safety standards
•    Knowledge of MS Office applications (excel, word, outlook ext)
