Responsibilities
Golden Coast Hotel is currently seeking to recruit Pastry Cook
Duties and Responsibilities:
Understand all pastry items offered including ingredients, methods of
preparation and proper service.
Take an active role where need arises in preparing quality pastry items,
desserts, cakes etc.
Ensure that all cleanliness and hygiene requirements are met within
health & safety standards & adhere to all control procedures.
Prepare the ‘mise en place’ of the designated section.
Apply the recipes given by the Executive Chef.
Qualification and Experience:
Degree of Culinary Arts.
Working experience of at least 2 years in a similar position.
Good knowledge of English language – Greek would be an advantage.
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and cope under pressure.
Ability to work in a team.
Positive, engaging personality.
Professional appearance & attitude.
