Position: Receptionist/Sales Ticket/Car Rental Location: Kos Island
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Sales Ticket/Car Rental at our office on the beautiful island of Kos.
As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner - Answer and direct phone calls and emails - Assist customers with rental car reservations and sales ticket purchases - Process rental car agreements and payments accurately - Provide information to customers about rental car options and sales ticket packages - Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and effective manner - Maintain a clean and organized reception area - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations - Perform other administrative tasks as needed Requirements: - Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Knowledge of MS Office and booking software - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus) - Must be a team player with a positive attitude - Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed We offer a competitive salary and a friendly work environment in one of the most beautiful locations in Greece.
