Responsibilities

Hapimag Resort Damnoni, is located 35 km from Rethymno city in the biggest island of Greece (Crete) as well as between 5 km and 10 km from the most beautiful beaches of the south coast(Plakias- Preveli). Even the cities of Chania and Heraklion are within 70 km and 100 km. The resort has 199 apartments, restaurant, pool bar, wellness area, store, indoor and outdoor pool.

For this resort we are looking for a dedicated personality as a

Receptionist 100% (m/w/d)

Your tasks:
Guest correspondence & reservation acceptance
Check-in / Check-out
Preparation and handling of tour groups
Looking after & advising our guests during their stay
Independent cash register management during the shift
Workplace hygiene and compliance with standards
Preparation of customer information and weekly program

Your profile:
Completed vocational training in the hotel industry
At least 1 year of experience
Good knowledge of German and English
Knowledge of the Spanish language is an advantage
