Receptionist

We are seeking for Receptionists with passion and love for hospitality to join our team.

Main Responsibilities
•    Welcome and check guests in and out
•    Verifies that all daily arrivals will have the scheduled room at the appointed time
•    Listen and respond to guest queries and requests both in-person and by phone
•    Adhere to the Hotels policies and standards and procedures
•    Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance team to address any problems and  ensure  an overall comfortable guest experience
•    Operate the Front Office computer programs and telephone system
•    Ensuring proper billing and charging of all guest accounts
Qualifications and Experience
•    Prior experience in similar position or same position at 4 or 5 star hotels
•    Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages (additional language/s will be considered an advantage)
•    Customer service drive with excellent communication skills
•    Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
•    Ability to work flexible hours and under pressure
•    Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation
