Responsibilities
Receptionist
This role aims to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of Reception and main duties
include welcoming guests, check-ins, check-outs, managing bookings and dealing with
customer needs. As the first point of contact for our guests, it must convey our high levels of
service and hospitality.
Necessary qualifications and skills:
• Similar professional experience in a hotel
• Good knowledge of English and German
• Good computer use and knowledge of Microsoft Office/ hotel PMS (Opera etc.)
• Ability to manage problems and find solutions immediately
• Enthusiastic, friendly and communicative personality with flexibility and adaptability in
demanding situations
• High level of professional appearance and personal hygiene
• Orientation to service and customer satisfaction
• Team spirit and good hospitality
