Responsibilities

FOR A PART TIME RECEPTIONIST FOR OUR CORAL BAY CLINIC FOR THE BUSY SUMMER SEASON
BANK HOLIDAY, EVENING AND WEEKEND COVER ONLY SHIFTS ARE AVAILABLE
SHIFTS ARE: 2pm to 8pm. THURSDAY, FRIDAY SATURDAY, SUNDAYS PLUS BANK HOLIDAYS and on occasions staff days off.
THIS POSITION IS AVAILABE WITH AN IMMEDIATE START FOR TRAINING AND WILL ENDING ON UNTIL 31ST OCT 2025. (Summer season only)

Requirements and skills

Flexibility with shifts is a must.
Good Customer Service and Admin skills necessary.
English both spoken and written knowledge is a must, any other language is a bonus
Knowledge of computer
Good organization skills is a must
Confidentially/discretion as dealing with patients
Team player is very important
Dealing with Insurance claims
Full training will be given.
Would suit someone without too many commitments (maybe retired person) due to the Bank Holiday, evening and weekend working
