-Supervise daily restaurant operations and staff
-Ensure excellent customer service at all times
-Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance management
-Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally
-Support the management team in meeting targets and goals
Requirements and skills
-Previous experience in a similar role (supervisor or team leader in hospitality)
-Strong leadership and communication skills
-Positive attitude and problem-solving abilities
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible hours (including evenings/weekends)
-Fluent in English
