Coffee Cantata a worldwide chain of tea and coffee boutiques. We offer loose leaves tea and coffee but also get qualified advice from our friendly consultants.


•    Our guests can not only purchase exquisite varieties of tea and coffee but also get qualified advice from our friendly consultants.
•    More than 110 tea positions and more than 80 varieties of coffee from different corners of the world.
•    Not only fresh coffee beans and tea leafs can be found in our boutique! We can also offer really spectacular and unique presents for any occasion


About You
•    High school diploma or equivalent required
•    Some retail experiences
•    Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills in English
•    Basic computer skills
•    Understands the importance of Customer Service
•    Ability to operate POS system

Responsibilities

•    Serving and advising customers
•    Manage store cleanliness
•    Ensure shelves are fully stocked
•    Promoting extra products
•    Meetings sales target
•    Dealing with returns
