Position: Sales retention Agent
Location: Athens, Greece (on-site)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Promote the company's products and services
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
Convert high quality leads into long-lasting customers
Increase chances of future sales
Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given
Keep up to date with the financial markets

Requirements and skills

Native/fluent in English, both oral and written
Previous experience in Forex & CFD Industry is mandatory, preferably in sales
Computer savviness
Ability to work with deadlines & targets
Management and mathematics skills
Great objection-handling skills
Drive for sales and ability to achieve
