Gourmets Products® was founded in 2011 with one main goal of introducing Greek and international hand-made products to global markets including EMEA and recently merged with All About Gourmets.
The company focuses on a range of high-end food products that form the basis of the Mediterranean and Middle-Eastern cuisine including variety of olives, olive oil, olive paste, honey, cheese and wines, herbs and spices and many more from Greece, Cyprus and ME.

As our Nicosia Boutique Manager, you will strengthen our dynamic team and support its growth.
As the store manager, you will supervise the operational and organizational standards of the store. Your duties will include undertaking administrative tasks, monitoring inventory levels, and developing business strategies.
What will your responsibilities be?
• in charge of opening / closing daily routine – Boutique operating hours Monday to Friday 9 – 6.
• monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items
• executing on line shop orders
• preparing promotional materials and displays as well as hampers which will be one of our key products targeting Corporate Accounts
• delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability
• undertaking store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records
• liaising with head office in Athens and accounting and storage facilities in Nicosia
• provide day to day administrative support to headquarters as needed
• organising goods deliveries to partnering restaurants and hotels
• ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation

• English spoken and written ( corporate language )
• Strategic and team player personality
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Greek

• Minimum base salary starting at EUR 16,500 gross per year + an annual bonus as per performance appraisal
