Spa Therapist / Beautician

The Kensho Spa Therapist/Beautician will provide the highest level of service and care to spa guests, performing treatments and promoting sales of CODAGE products and treatments, with the goal of ensuring the ultimate wellness of guests, enhancing brand awareness, keeping the space running smoothly, and increasing Kensho Spa sales.

Required Qualifications:
- The candidate is required to have a degree in the field of beauty as an esthetician as a graduate of Technological educational institution or any relevant private school
- Knowledge and previous experience in Manicure & Pedicure services is desirable
- Previous experience in a spa, 5" hotel work environment and additional training on massage techniques is beneficial
- Knowledge and previous training on spa treatments is desirable
- Holistic knowledge - on Reiki, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage is beneficial
- Required to perform a range of treatments to an extremely high standard
- Reports to the Spa Manager
- Called upon to achieve consistently high retail sales targets
- Must ensure that treatment rooms are consistently at a high desired level and presence
- Needs to be able to carry out all reasonable tasks, which may be requested by the management team, to support and keep the spa running smoothly
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a relevant field is essential
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Must have a high level of personal appearance
- Must be computer literate
- Must have excellent English language skills
