Storekeeper

Responsibilities

 Control and coordination of the procedures for receiving and storing goods, products and equipment.
 Control and regulation of warehouse capacity.
 Control of the company's needs in product and equipment stocks.
 Quality and quantity control of goods upon receipt.
 Participation in the preparation of goods orders.
 Participation in the supplier evaluation process.
 Implementation of a stock counting system for products and informing the responsible person.
 Maintaining the warehouse in good condition. Implementation of a cleaning and tidying program.
 Participation in the process of identifying Non-Conformities and in the process of taking and implementing corrective actions.
 Checking invoices.
 Forklift control.
 Responsible for marking finished products with the customer's name and storage point number and storing them in the appropriate area in the warehouse.
 Archiving and maintaining documents related to his work.
 Participation in scheduled meetings of the company's employees.
 Implementation of preventive measures for the Health & Safety of employees.
 Compliance with the company's schedule and regulations.
 Active participation in conferences, exhibitions, seminars organized/participated by the company.
 Implementation of the company's quality & safety policy.
 Ensures the implementation of Health & Safety rules in the workplace.

Requirements and skills

 At least 6 months of professional experience
 knowledge of English
 knowledge of forklift operation

Conditions

Work schedule: five-day work week 08:00 - 17:00 with one hour break 13:00 - 14:00.
