Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities include:

•    To carry out a range of painting and redecoration tasks whilst achieving a durable and quality finish.
•    To report any Health & Safety hazards immediately to the on Manager.
•    Carry out all necessary administrative work associated with your requirements to carry out regular inspections of the development.
•    To carry out decoration and maintenance work.
•    To assist external contractors, when necessary.
•    To carry out all other reasonable duties, as requested.

Essential skills:

•    Experience in painting and decorating alongside general building repairs.
•    EU Nationality or a legal base of employment within EU.
•    Good customer service skills.
•    Good organisational skills.
•    An ability to multi-task and possess strong prioritisation skills.
