Main Responsibilities:

•    Taking food and drink orders
•    Service to our Gastronomic Restaurant the SevenSenses Gastronomy
•    Room Service
•    Cross selling & upselling
•    Ensure guests satisfaction
•    Assure a high quality service

Skills:
•    Degree in Hospitality Managment
•    Experience in similar position to a four/five star hotel or a fine dining restaurant
•    Knowledge of Wines and Spirits will be considered as a good asset

Languages:
•    Excellent command of English

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Take and serve orders according to company standards.
• Cooperate with all serving staff to ensure efficient service.
• Follow all relevant health and safety regulations and customer service guidelines.
• Make recommendations or provide additional information to customers as requested.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements and skills

• Welcoming personality with a positive attitude.
• Minimum 6 months of experience as a waiter/waitress.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player.
• Knowledge of English and/or Greek.
• Familiarity with the beverages and snacks on the bar’s menu.
• Experience handling a cash register and ordering system.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Available for immediate employment.
