Responsibilities
GENERAL DESCRIPTION :
Works as part of a team and promotes high levels of customer service with positivity, enthusiasm, and energy as part of a team.
✓ To manage the store's revenue
✓ To have all forms and money ready every day at the end of the shift, to be given to the company's Accountant
✓ Take customer calls for delivery, with positivity and enthusiasm
✓ To maintain the standards of quality, service, presentation and to ensure that all food is presented and complies with the requirements of the standards applied by the company.
✓ Pleasant customer service, positive attitude towards the customer, be smiling and willing to serve.
✓ Dealing with any complaints from customers
✓ Comply with policies and procedures.
✓ To keep the premises of his responsibility clean and ready for inspection.
✓ Everything to be done within the time frames of each shift
✓ Performs any other related tasks assigned to him
GENERAL OBLIGATIONS:
✓ Application of hygiene and safety rules.
✓ Use of personal protective equipment and appropriate clothing.
✓ Holder of an updated health certificate.
✓ Compliance with the attendance time at the workplace, according to the weekly schedule
