Waiters A - RHODES

Purpose
We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Waiter A. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience. As a Waiter A, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, interact with a diverse group of people, and contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and courteous manner
• Ensure that tables are clean and properly set up before guests arrive
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items
• Process payments and handle cash transactions

Duties
•    Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
•    Post Preparation
•    Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
•    Menu and Wine List knowledge
•    Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and courteous manner according to Mitsis Brand standards.
•    Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items
•    Maintain a clean and organized work area
•    Monitoring supplies and inform supervisor accordingly
•    Cooperate with the team

Necessary Qualifications
•    Previous experience as a waiter or in a customer service role in a 4* or 5* hotel preferred.  
•    Very good knowledge of English (written & oral).
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•    Ability to work with a sense of urgency and handle high-pressure situations
•    Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
•    Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for guests
•    Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
•    Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
