Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure that standards of service in your designated outlet are met at all times as determined by the Food and Beverage Standards.
Follow the correct and consistent service techniques according to the F&B standards
Handle guest complaints or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
Comply with all Health and Safety rules and regulations
Follow the Grooming Policy, maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and ensure that this is followed and adhered by all Staff assigned to you in the designated outlet
Perform any other relevant duties assigned by the Manager
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in a similar position
Excellent knowledge of Greek and English
Pleasant, honest and friendly personality
Ability to work in a fast pace environment and cope under pressure
Inspiring and motivating others while being caring and understanding
Excellent interpersonal skills in handling staff relations and/or guest complaints
