Responsibilities

We are currently seeking to recruit Waiters/Waitresses/Hostess for the season 2023

Duties & Responsibilities

* Ensure that standards of service in your designated outlet are met at all times as determined by the Food and Beverage Standards.
* Assist in the day to day operation of your outlet in order to exceed guest satisfaction and expectations
* To assist in the day to day operation of your outlet in order to exceed guest satisfaction and expectations
* Follow the correct and consistent service techniques according to the F&B standards
* Handle guest complaints or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
* Comply with all Health and Safety rules and regulations
* Follow the Grooming Policy, maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and ensure that this is followed and adhered by all Staff assigned to you in the designated outlet
* Ensure that duties are carried in an honest and ethical way by abiding the Hotels’ rules and regulations and the Cyprus Law
* Perform any other relevant duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager

Requirements:
* Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar position
* Excellent knowledge of English.  Knowledge of Greek or any other language will be considered as an advantage
* Pleasant, honest and friendly personality
* Ability to work in a fast pace environment and cope under pressure
* Computer Literate
* To be quality driven and critical of all aspects of the food and beverage operation in order to guarantee the highest level of creativity and productivity within the organization
* Inspiring and motivating others while being caring and understanding
* Excellent interpersonal skills in handling staff relations and/or guest complaints
