Waitress

Responsibilities

We are looking for Waitress to work for a start-up Luxury Italian Restaurant in Paphos.  The persons we are looking for needs to have patience and a friendly personality and perseverance to thrive in their roles.

The main responsibilities are:
•    Greeting and serving customers
•    Ensure high quality customer service to meet the expectations of guests
•    Guide customers through their food and drink experience
•    Take orders and serve according to the standard of the Restaurant
•    Assist in the day-to-day operation of our Restaurant in order to exceed guest satisfaction and expectations
•    Handle guest complaints or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
•    Comply with all Health and Safety rules and regulations
•    Perform any other relevant duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager

The main qualifications are:
•    Ability to work in a team and cope under pressure
•    Previous experience in the same position or any similar serving experience in the Hospitality industry
•    Excellent knowledge of English
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Pleasant personality
