JOB DESCRIPTION
•    Welcome customers as they come into the restaurant
•    Help customers to settle down and take their orders
•    Good knowledge of the menu
•    Offer menu recommendations upon request
•    Provide answers to queries presented by clients regarding services and offers made available by the restaurant
•    Inform customers about the day’s specials
•    Up-sell additional products when appropriate
•    Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software, order slips or by memorization
•    Serve food and beverages in a consistently, positive and helpful attitude
•    Monitor customer’s needs and promptly handle requests
•    Clean all tables after clients have left and get such tables prepared for the next sitting

JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
•    Must be at least 17 years old
•    Speak Greek and English fluently
•    Good communication skills
•    To be able to work as part of a team
•    To be able to work under stress
•    Positive attitude
•    Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
•    Flexibility to work in shifts
