Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers, understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.
• Product Promotion: Present and promote our products, aiming to increase sales.
• Inventory Management: Oversee and manage store inventory, ensuring products are always available.
• Collaboration with the Team: Work together with colleagues to achieve team goals and promote a positive work environment.

Requirements and skills

We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Associates to join our team. Ideal candidates will possess:

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to connect effectively with customers and team members.
• Team Player: A collaborative spirit and the ability to work well within a team.
• Bilingual Communication: Proficiency in both Greek and English to serve our diverse clientele.
• Work Schedule: 5-day work week.
• Competitive Salary: €1100 to €1300 net monthly salary, determined by performance in the interview and previous experience.
• Attractive Bonus Scheme: A very appealing monthly bonus based on team and individual performance.
