
Responsibilities
• Work as solo Chef.
• Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment.
• Set up seasonal menu (medeteranian)
• Cook food in a timely manner.
• Ensure attractive plate presentation.
• Monitor food stock and place orders.
• Monitor the freshness of food.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
• Perform any other duties related to the post.
• Team player regarding his/her relationship with the boat's crew
Requirements and skills
• Proven work experience as a Chef or Cook.
• Culinary school diploma.
• EU nationality or a legal basis for employment within the EU.
• Strong experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g., grillers and pasta makers).
• Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking, and pastry techniques.
• Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes.
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations.
• Excellent time management abilities.
